Research on Incentive and Coordination Strategy of Fresh Products’ Supply Chain with Delivery Time under New Retail

The new retail focuses on the high integration between online and offline channels. main problems faced by development of are interest balance all decision subjects, pricing strategy, coordination This paper considers effect firms’ delivery time establishes a two-part tariff contract to study decision-making fresh products supply chain. constructs cooperative non-cooperative models employs model as benchmark case realize coordination. It is found that when has little market demand, store often should pay more fixed charges firm. With increased impact paid become smaller. Under model, pays compensate for firm’s early costs, but its interests still increase compared with decentralized model. time-dependent demand proposes an incentive mechanism coordinate products’ chain; further, it demonstrates prices can be significantly decreased designed contract, chain members benefit from Pareto improvement.
